Sips from the Summit - Night Sky Red Ale
Adam is back at it, walking you through the development of one of our most popular beers, the "Night Sky Red Ale."
A beautiful, amber colored beer with a thick head of foam, Night Sky Red Ale gets its name from the old sailing adage, “red sky at night, sailor’s delight.” This beer is nicely balanced with a robust malt character accented by wheat, munich, and dark crystal malts, and an evergreen hop presence. It is like drinking a sip of the Northwest.
