Private Party Banquet Room

Making your special occasion memorable

It doesn't matter if your event is a birthday party, old friends getting together or a wedding rehearsal dinner, you want your event to be perfect.  We get that.

On a weekly basis we get quite a few requests to hold private events in our banquet room.  Probably the first question I always get is what can the room hold.  My answer is...

  • During the colder times of the year, the room can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people.
  • During the warmer months, we open up the garage doors and have comfortably held 60+ people.

The other questions that frequently crop up are:

  • Is there a fee to rent the room?  Answer:  For Mug Club members, there is no charge.  For non-Mug Club members there is a $50 charge that is waived with $200 in beer or wine charges.
  • What can you do for food?  Answer:  We can coordinate with the organizer to make sure the food is handled.  And this can take on many different styles.
  • Everyone orders what they want off the menu when/if they are hungry.  Food may come out a little more staggered depending up the submission, especially for larger groups as our kitchen does have some constraints.
  • Limited menu / preordering:  We have facilitated several events where the organizer sent out the menu beforehand and allowed their guests to choose what they want.  We can then prep and deliver the food all at one time.
  • Cafeteria or family style:  Probably our most popular way is for the organizer to speak with our brewery banquet coordinator and preselect dishes that are then brought out and people walk thru and select what they want.  The menu can be pretty broad with appetizers to start with as your guests arrived to tasty main courses.  Options include salads, sliders, taco bars, chicken/beef skewers and many more.
  • Can my guests be on separate tabs?  Answer:  yes, we can either handle one large tab or if you elect, we can put each of your guests on their own tab that they settle at the end of evening.

The most important aspect customer service.  Depending upon the size of each event, we allocate friendly and dedicated staff to make sure you and your guests are well taken care of.
