Snohomish, Washington April 26, 2024—Sound2Summit Brewery was awarded a silver medal in the 2024 World Beer Cup, the most prestigious beer competition in the world.

World Beer Cup award ceremony took place on April 24, 2024, at The Venetian in Las Vegas where awards were given in over 120 different beer-style categories.

Sound2Summit Brewery was awarded a Silver award in the Pumpkin Beer style category for its Ryes of the Pumpkin King, this is the second WBC silver medal award for this amazing beer.

Sound2Summit Brewery is a  7-bbl brewpub located in Snohomish Washington with a second taproom at the Everett Marina that specializes in brewing craft beer that is always true to style.

“We are very excited to have won our second WBC Silver Medal for this beer, and want to congratulate all of the other amazing Washington breweries that also won a WBC medal", said Doug Milnor, co-owner and Managing Member of Sound2Summit Brewery. 

Often referred to as “The Olympics of Beer,” the World Beer Cup recognizes international brewing excellence. This year’s winners were selected by an international panel of 280 beer judges from 37 countries; 9,300 total entries from 2,060 breweries and 50 total countries were evaluated.
