Day Sailer is our German style Pilsner made with all German ingredients. Dry with a nice noble hop character, this beer is a true labor of love for our brewer. He brews it early in winter and lagers it for two months or more until it is ready by late spring. Crystal clear, crisp, and clean, Day Sailer is sure to delight your senses.

Sweet floral aromas greet you. A light and refreshing flavor with a note of cracker on the malt profile and honey on the finish, this beautifully crafted blonde ale is as crisp and clean as mountain air. Named for a common wildflower in the alpine meadows of Mount Rainer, Alpine Aster honey blonde is brewed with pure wildflower honey. May every sip transport you to those high-altitude meadows that draw us in as the weather warms.

ON NITRO
Smooth and complex are good adjectives to describe this year’s Sun Downer Scotch Ale. 30% of this year’s blend went into bourbon barrels, 30% went into whiskey barrels, 30% went into rye barrels all from Bad Dog Distillery, and 10% of the Sail Away Scotch was blended back into the mix for fullness of character. Wonderful aromas of toffee, cigar smoke, molasses, fig, and toasted marshmallow abound in the finished product followed up by flavors of bourbon, vanilla, and caramel.
