Day Sailer Pilsner

2023 Gold Medal, Washington Brewers, German Style Pilsner

Day Sailer is our German style Pilsner made with all German ingredients. Dry with a nice noble hop character, this beer is a true labor of love for our brewer. He brews it early in winter and lagers it for two months or more until it is ready by late spring. Crystal clear, crisp, and clean, Day Sailer is sure to delight your senses.

Sail Away Scotch Ale

2023 Gold Medal, Washington Brewers, Scotch Ale or Wee Heavy

Sail Away Scotch Ale pours a deep mahogany color and carries a full body. Beautiful aromas of caramel, raisin, and toasted marshmallow stand out in the nose of this beer. Rich and robust flavors of toffee, molasses, and caramelized dates follow. A reduction step in the boil process allows for this beer to have some kettle caramelization and depth of character, while maintaining a smooth drinkability at 8.1%. Sail Away Scotch Ale is perfect for your evening sun-downer or sipping by the fire.

Black as the ocean depths. Gripping as the mystery of what’s below. This unfathomable beer achieves its complexity from the myriad of malts used to conjure it. Aromas of chocolate and roasted malt draw you in. Flavors of dark chocolate, molasses, and expresso draw you deeper. While the robust, and full bodied nature of this beer hide its ABV, before you know it, you have entered Into the Deep.

9.5% ABV | 50 IBU

Shot in the Dark

2023 Gold Medal, SIP Magazine, Coffee Stout

Just when you needed a little pick-me-up, along comes a beer that does just that. Shot in the Dark Coffee Milk Stout is a smooth milk stout that is conditioned on cold brewed Milano coffee. This beer is brewed with lactose which gives it a fuller body and a silky mouthfeel and carries flavors and aromas of rich dark chocolate and coffee. Served on Nitro, Shot in the Dark is a stout lovers dream!

Night Sky Red

2023 Silver Medal, Great American Beer Festival (GABF), American Amber/Red Ale

A beautiful, amber colored beer with a thick head of foam, Night Sky Red Ale gets its name from the old sailing adage, “red sky at night, sailor’s delight.” This beer is nicely balanced with a robust malt character accented by wheat, munich, and dark crystal malts, and an evergreen hop presence. It is like drinking a sip of the Northwest.

Inviting aromas of banana and clove followed by a glorious flavor and body that satisfies every Hefeweizen lovers dreams, Bridging the Trestle Hefeweizen is a fantastic representation of how delicious this style can be.

Snohtoberfest

2022 Washington Beer, Silver Medal, German Style Maerzens

Smooth, crisp, and toasty, this Marzen is a call back to Germany where the style was born. Rich malt character and mild hop bitterness make this perfectly balanced beer an excellent candidate for beer poured by the liter. Easy to drink, yet full of flavor. Make this Snohomish Oktoberfest one to remember! Prost!

Bine To Haze Fresh Hop Hazy IPA

2022 Washington Beer, Gold Medal, Fresh Hop Juicy or Hazy India Pale Ales

Every year from August-October the Yakima Valley transforms from lush, endless fields of green, viny forests to just posts and wire as the annual hop harvest takes place. We get in line with other excited brewers to take full advantage of the season and the opportunity it gives us to brew with hops picked fresh off the bine. We communicate directly with farmers to coordinate harvest windows and pick-up times, maintain ingredients in-house ready to brew when we get the call, and make the trek to Yakima and back each time our varieties become available. It is truly a labor of love.

This first batch is brewed using Citra fresh hops from Perrault Farms in Toppenish Washington. Smooth and easy drinking, this will be a fresh hop drinkers dream.

Kiteboard Kölsch

2022 SIP Magazine, Platinum Medal, Kölsch

Our lightest colored beer, the kölsch is light bodied and brilliantly clear with a crisp flavor and spicy undertones imparted from German noble hops.

Hawaiian POG Kölsch

2022 SIP Magazine, Silver Medal, Fruit Beer

Our refreshing Kiteboard Kölsch with a Hawaiian twist. Hawaiian POG Kölsch is brewed with sweet orange peel and is transferred to the brite tank where more than 100lbs of Pink Guava and Passion Fruit are added. It pours hazy with a slight pink hue. Aromas of ripe orange and tropical fruit juice invite you in while guava and passion fruit flavors carry the spirit of Aloha in this beer. Grab a seat in the sun, close your eyes and sip the sweet nectar of the tropics.
